The effort for the acquisition of online data is considerable. Moreover, one intends to integrate the neighbours network elements into the system. The aim is to combine the online data with data from neighbouring regulated zones.
ISPEN/MOM offers this feature. It is based on ISPEN/OCD
Merging is a stepwise process, beginning with one neighbour's network and ending with merging your own network.
